OneChrist ("we," "our," or "us") operates the OneChrist mobile application and the admin.onechrist.org web platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and church affiliation.
Church Data: Church administrators may input member information, attendance records, donation records, event details, and other church management data.
Payment Information: When you make a donation or subscription payment via mobile money (PawaPay), we collect your phone number and transaction details. We do not store your mobile money PIN.
Device Information: We collect device identifiers, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and improve the Service.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
OneChrist is a multi-tenant platform. Each church's data is logically separated using tenant identifiers. Church administrators can only access data belonging to their own church. No church can view, modify, or access another church's data.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Church administrators may delete member data at any time. When a church cancels its subscription, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure password hashing, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Church administrators who manage children's ministry data are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app's notification preferences.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Bible apps, YouTube livestreams). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
